Job Responsibilities:
The Used Car Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Used Car Manager in overseeing the operations of the used car department. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting in managing inventory and ensuring vehicles are priced competitively
- Assisting in training and supervising sales staff
- Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales goals
- Assisting in maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving any customer issues
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with all dealership policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or management required
- Must know Microsoft products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
