What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment & Financial Analyst (FULL TIME) position at Southwest Health System, Inc.?
The Enrollment/Financial Analyst supports the operations of Southwest Health System, Inc. by assisting the Finance/Revenue Cycles Teams. The Enrollment/Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing reports for but not limited to; tracking/trending, maintaining internal/external document control, and building system reports as needed. This role has Charge Description Master (CDM) build responsibilities and will train others on how to update the CDM. This role has physician and facilities enrollment responsibilities and will maintain documentation and training for others. This role requires collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and Financial Teams on initiatives, revenue cycles, enrollments, governmental reporting and data collection.
Regulatory/Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience highly desired.
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
