Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required with additional technical training in area of specialty
- Completion of Operating Room Technician training required from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of proper decontamination and sterilization of surgical supplies
- Knowledge of hospital inventory and stocking procedures helpful
- Certification in Basic Life Support
Work Hours
Our Surgery Department is growing, and we are seeking a casual Surgical Tech to work on an as needed basis.
Job Summary
The Surgical Tech plans for and responds to the material needs of the surgical caseload using aseptic and sterile techniques and proper decontamination.
