Job Description :
- Provide leadership and direction for the development and execution of HR strategy in support of the organization's business plan across multiple facilities
- Oversee and participate in delivering HR services to align facility HR with business needs
- Develop talent management and engagement strategies, overseeing recruitment plans to attract quality applicants and retain employees
- Provide consultation and direction on HR-related topics, emerging trends, and compliance matters
- Ensure standardized job descriptions, job postings, policies, processes, and practices are consistent across the region
- Analyze and interpret internal and external HR-related activities, including Corporate Compliance matters
- Manage the appeal process pursuant to the Dispute Resolution policy
- Oversee employee performance evaluation and merit processes for consistent execution and equitable application
- Collaborate with HR and corporate compensation teams on competitive pay programs and internal equity issues
- Identify competency gaps of HR Directors and determine appropriate training programs and resources
- Provide on-site support to facilities during HR Director vacancies
- Coordinate recruitment and interview process to fill HR Director vacancies
- Design orientation and provide guidance for newly hired HR Directors
- Conduct quarterly HRD meetings to share best practices, regulatory updates, and drive HR strategy
- Conduct HR audits at facilities to identify compliance issues and develop action plans accordingly
- Develop and interpret HR policy and Employee Handbooks
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships in collaboration with the Division Director, HR
- Develop and execute integration plans for newly acquired facilities in the region
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
