We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Healthy Families program. This position will be responsible for diverse administrative duties as assigned to include databases management, assisting staff of all levels, and maintaining personnel and trainings information.
The ideal candidate must be organized and flexible; able to prioritize multiple tasks; capable of independent judgment and high-level performance while working to meet daily deadlines; an accomplished communicator with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; and possess excellent computer skills to include Windows applications.

What It Takes
- High School diploma / GED required
- One (1) year experience working in an office setting, two (2) years of experience is strongly desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS) 365 and other MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable on the phone and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift 15-30 pounds.
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, AZ registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
- A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
