Job title: Quality First Assessment: TOCC O'odham Niok Ki Translator
The candidate will provide translation services for the TOCC O'odham Niok Ki language immersion program during the assessment process. This role involves facilitating communication between program participants and assessment staff, ensuring accurate translation of materials and discussions in the O'odham language. This assignment is to be completed by March 15, 2025.

This role involves facilitating communication between program participants and assessment staff, ensuring accurate translation of materials and discussions in the O'odham language. This assignment is to be completed by March 15, 2025.
In This Role You Will
- Assist in translating and interpreting materials related to the TOCC O'odham Niok Ki language immersion program.
- Work closely with certified assessment staff to gather relevant information during the assessment process.
- Participate in training sessions to understand the specific needs of the program and assessment requirements.
- Provide translation support during assessments to ensure clarity and understanding between all parties involved.
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and O'odham- Speak, Read, and Write.
- Experience and familiar with Early Childcare Classroom environment preferred.
- Possess and insured and reliable vehicle and a valid Arizona driver's license.
- Have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card -OR- must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
