Job Duties Include: overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring smooth implementation in collaboration with the Sheriff's Department. Responsibilities include teaching the program curriculum to incarcerated participants, coordinating with community partners, and maintaining compliance with policies. The role also involves collecting and analyzing program data, scheduling training sessions, and providing mentorship to participants. Additionally, the coordinator engages with government representatives to advocate for program growth and works with other coordinators to ensure effective service delivery. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
The role requires strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. The candidate should be able to interpret regulations and develop operational policies. Proficiency in database management, spreadsheets, and word processing is essential. The candidate must be skilled at analyzing program data and generating reports. Experience in developing and delivering training programs and educational materials is also necessary. The ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines is important, along with the capability to give clear presentations to various groups, including civic, business, and governing organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and at 37.5 hours per week
