POSITION: PROBATION CASE WORKER
LOCATION: MCNAIRY COUNTY, TN
Salary: $16.50 per hour
Work schedule - Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
37.50 hours per week

Probation Case Worker Key Responsibilities:
- Assist probation clients with paperwork and required documentation
- Liaise with courts to ensure compliance with program requirements
- Maintain and analyze data for reports and program updates
- Conduct drug testing as required
- Enforce payment orders for fines, restitution, or support
- Provide support to victims in recovering restitution
- Appear in court as an expert witness when necessary
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and supervising large programs or departments
- Knowledge of Tennessee Department of Corrections and Jobs for America's Graduates
- Proficiency with database management, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Valid driver's license and insurability
- Financial management and accounts payable experience preferred
