AR Specialist - Part Time

Southwest Industrial Rigging is looking for someone to join their team as AR Specialist. This individual should be extremely detail-oriented and a team player. The AR Specialist will work with our Controller to ensure that our books are always up-to-date and accurate so that we can make effective decisions about the business

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare Special Project(s) Invoices based on signed customer work order(s) and employee time sheet(s)
• Work closely with project manager(s) and field superintendent(s)
• Manage and maintain special project account(s)
• Maintain customer information and requirements in financial system
• Maintain, track, and update service agreement(s), purchase orders, and/or change orders as needed
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project manager, field superintendent(s), and customer(s)
• Collaborate with project manager, controller, and customer(s) to resolve billing inconsistencies/discrepancies
• Operate a variety of computer programs, including navigating customer portals
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures in your position
• Assist, AP, HR, and Payroll as needed

• Ability to maintain the highest level of quality in all areas of responsibility
• QuickBooks experience a plus
