What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Assistant Lead Clinician position at Southwest Key Programs?
- Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with community-based providers.
- Support Clinicians by conducting intake, admission, and screenings with minors, and document results according to SWK standards as needed.
- Collaborate with Lead Clinician on consulting for possible referral to external focused interventions, outpatient, or inpatient services.
- Collaborate with treatment team members and minors to develop treatment plans.
- Facilitate educational and group counseling sessions.
- Continually monitor the well-being of minors and arrange for appropriate third-party mental health services as needed.
- Provide consultation and documentation regarding minors’ functioning, mental health status, and treatment needs.
- Provide clinical services within Southwest Key, in accordance with licensing, and funding source guidelines.
- Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor.
- Master’s degree in social work and 5 years of full-time direct service delivery experience OR A master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or other relevant behavioral science field
- Associate or Independent license in AZ to provide mental health diagnostic assessment and treatment.
- Arizona: LAMFT/LMFT, LAC/LPC, LAMSW/LCSW, Associate Psychologist/Psychologist
