Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to gardening, landscaping, and general maintenance, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform routine garden maintenance including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Conduct mowing of lawns and trimming of trees to promote healthy growth.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.

Requirements

• Experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to landscaping tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions as required by the job.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation of equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
