We are seeking an Intake Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need throughout the claims process. Duties:
Client Support: Serve as a member of the primary contact team for veterans seeking assistance with VA disability claims. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for Intake evaluations, invoicing and questions
Case Management: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, gathering support documentation and understanding the complexities of the VA claims process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details in our CRM system.
Quality Assurance: conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Always strive for excellence in customer service delivery.
Team Collaboration: collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to support overall firm objectives and ensure seamless client service delivery.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze client needs and communicate solutions effectively
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with VA disability claims process is a plus
- Former military and military spouses encouraged to apply
