Clinical Site Manager Position Summary
The Clinical Site Manager will work under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer, Senior Director of Clinical Operations, the Board and Leadership Council to oversee all aspects of the site. The Manager must demonstrate a commitment to “World Class Customer Service” and promote a positive work environment. The Clinical Site Manager will function as a working technologist when needed.
Clinical Site Manager Responsibilities
- Act as leader of campus making sure all problems are solved in a timely manner.
- Directly supervises employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Maintains composure in difficult situations that may involve patients, radiologist, and co-workers.
- Able to trouble shoot and work on a solution under stressful situations.
- Able to handle patients, providers and staff problems in a caring, professional way.
- Prepares reports for guidance of management and communicates change and progress.
- Maintain departmental day-to-day procedures
- monitor and prioritizes work flow
- Will function as a working technologist when needed.
- Will serve as a role model for all staff.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA.
- Supervise radiology staff and give clinical direction.
- Understand all aspects of sites maintenance team, security and overall office functionality.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Must make sure all proper documentation is completed for HR, patient files and employee files.
- May need to interview patient and staff to explain and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
- Implements changes in work procedures to improve efficiency
- Handles staff errors and patient complaints.
- Responsible for communicating changes to all staff.
- Assisting all departments with questions pertaining to SMIL.
- Must be flexible to work at multiple locations, Must be flexible to work varied shifts.
- Demonstrates commitment to “World Class Customer Service” and positive work environment.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Required Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred current license as a Radiological Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- CPR certified
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
