South West Michigan Center for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director in this Outpatient Therapy Clinic. This individual will be a decisive and dynamic therapist and leader who can build and develop effective teams, hold individuals accountable for results, and positively affect behavior in others to achieve high performance and personal satisfaction.
Must be a highly skilled physical therapist who demonstrates superior leadership qualities, knowledgeable in all aspects of physical and occupational therapy management and clinical operations. Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and communicate with all members of a physician practice and operational team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral and/or master’s degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
- Experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ outpatient management experience.
- Full understanding of State Practice Act and Compliance in the state of Michigan.
