We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting our financial services while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize relationship management skills to build rapport with members
- Conduct cross selling of financial products and services to meet member needs.
- Handling cash transactions accurately, handling transactions involving debit and credit cards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively with diverse members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cash transactions.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
