Mission:
Join So Cal Community Health System as a Chief Medical Officer and lead the implementation of our Medical Management Program across 20 clinics in Southern California.
About the Role:
- Promote organizational goals and objectives while ensuring high-quality healthcare services are delivered to our patients.
- Provide medical expertise and oversight to improve clinical care processes (40-50% of time) and administrative tasks (50-60% of time).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a clinical and leadership position within a community-based clinic environment with multiple sites.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- Experience implementing new clinic operating processes and systems, as well as knowledge of EHR and/or related automated systems, is an asset.
