About the Role:
As a Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the implementation of our Medical Management Program across 20 clinics in Southern California. This key position requires promoting organizational goals and objectives while ensuring high-quality healthcare services are delivered to our patients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
- Provide medical expertise and oversight to improve clinical care processes (40-50% of time) and administrative tasks (50-60% of time).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a clinical and leadership position within a community-based clinic environment with multiple sites.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- Experience implementing new clinic operating processes and systems, as well as knowledge of EHR and/or related automated systems, is an asset.
