Family Practitioner Wanted to join a Sacramento Metropolitan Multispecialty group . Join this group of Century old, 150 providers organization that prides itself in outstanding Patient care and strong retention. The FM team comprised of 14 physicians / 10 APPs. Area has a diverse Patient population, the average 20 -25 patients per day. Typical FM outpatient procedures are preferred. Payer Mix includes HMO, PPO, Fee for service, Hospitalists on staff, call is 1 : 18 EMR system is Cerner, and Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin language skills are a plus, BC / BE.
Generous Salary and Benefit Package include :
- Salary guarantee of $312K for 18 months then productivity model
- Signing bonus - $85K (with student loan option) / without student loan - $125K
- Student loan repayment - $100K
- Relocation assistance - up to $20k
- Residency Stipend - $18K (contract must be fully executed while a resident)
