Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Chief Medical Officer to lead medical operations and implement the Medical Management Program. This role will ensure high-quality healthcare services are delivered while promoting organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of clinical care (40-50%) and administrative/supervisory duties (60-50%): Ensure efficient delivery of quality healthcare services.
- Implement new clinic operating processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Recruit, hire, train, counsel, and evaluate staff involved in delivering clinical services, including Quality Management (QM) and Utilization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in a clinical and leadership position in a community-based clinic environment with multiple sites.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility (BC/BE) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
