We are seeking a talented Family Medicine physician to join our team at a community clinic in the high desert region of Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Our clinic operates under a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, which means we provide comprehensive care to our patients, addressing their medical, dental, and mental health needs in one convenient location.
This is an outpatient-only position, with an average patient load of 16-20 contacts per day, Monday through Friday. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with opportunities for CME and professional growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $250K-$300K (BOE), as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:
