About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Leader to oversee the implementation of our Medical Management Program across 20 clinics in Southern California. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in a clinical setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a clinical and leadership position within a community-based clinic environment with multiple sites.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- Experience implementing new clinic operating processes and systems, as well as knowledge of EHR and/or related automated systems, is an asset.
