Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Handyman to support ongoing maintenance and repair needs across our commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of tasks, capable of working independently, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, light fixtures)
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including:
- Replacing fixtures
- Servicing or replacing garbage disposals
- Adjusting shut-off valves
- Troubleshooting hot water tanks
- Install and repair door handles and locks
- Replace ceiling tiles and make basic drywall repairs
- Complete various other general maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Prior handyman, maintenance, or property management experience
