Job Summary
The position directs personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the Collective Bargaining Agreement. It oversees all technical and administrative tasks associated with the IFMC Test Operations Group, coordinates activities with multiple Government representatives, and ensures that mission support requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates with multiple Government representatives and other SOUTHWEST RANGE SERVICES departments to ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures for security, safety, property, and environmental requirements.
- Provides input for monthly reports to the Section Supervisor.
- Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment assigned to IFMC test operations for mission support.
- Receives direction from the IFMC Logistics Directorate in support of the IFMC Test Program.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a two-year technical program at an accredited institution with a minimum of three years applicable logistics experience in a testing environment or a total of six years progressive logistics experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience must have been in a lead or supervisory role.
- Military training and experience with missile systems and testing will be assessed and allowed as qualifying.
- Applicant must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products in a network environment and have an understanding of the security requirements for data handling.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and acquire and maintain a security clearance of SECRET.
Desired Qualification
- Experience with Air Missile Defense Systems (e.g. PATRIOT, AIAMD, LTAMDS, etc.) is desired.
