Join the Report Processing team of the Fuels and Lubricants Research Division.
Role
Objectives of this Role:
- Generate final test reports for our clients.
- Work within set deadlines.
- As a part of the Report Generations team, you will have the opportunity to generate test reports and billing for various clients and different test types.
- Interact with clients and various departments while working closely with project managers.
- Provide daily report statuses, results, electronic data, final reports & invoices to clients.
- Monitor and complete Excel spreadsheets and Word pages associated with final report.
- Create, monitor, and maintain various spreadsheets and databases for departmental and client usages.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Related continuing education business courses are helpful.
- 1 years: General Clerical duties.
- 1 years: Proficiency with software packages Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required. Must be able to take initiative.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Must be able to courteously deal with visitors and clients. Must be able to work in a team.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
