Objectives of this Role :
- A high level of understanding of how to read and interpret shop and ISO drawings and relative terms is required.
- Must be able to understand complex instructions, communicate instructions to Jr. level technicians and ensure that tasks are completed properly.
- Assist in planning work flow and communicate needs to supervisor.
- Lead small groups and adhere to institute safety requirements.
- Be available to train in proper safe work techniques and assist in keeping a safe work environment.
- Train in related skills as needs arise and assist in developing team members in rigging and machine operation.
- Knowledge of piping systems and tools needed is a must for this position.
