As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and creating compelling visual assets for various company campaigns.
Pay : $62,000 - $75,000
Location : Dallas area (Hybrid)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities
Handle the design and production of visual assets for company campaigns.Prepare designs for production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and quality standards.Manage product images across multiple brands according to brand guidelines.Create 3D product models.Present concepts and creative ideas to internal teams (editors, marketers, etc.) and external clients (advertisers).Manage the workload of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all product deadlines and brand standards are consistently met.Coordinate with marketing and other teams to gather information and materials needed for design.Communicate with management about layout and design.Load graphics and other assets to HubSpot, WordPress, & Big Commerce platforms.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, though not required.Minimum 2-3 years of design experience in a professional brand, web, and / or graphic design role.Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite & 3D graphics software.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining excellent organization of all assets.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges and provide innovative solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong skills in visual design including branding, visual comps, logo design, and print design.An exceptional portfolio demonstrating visual design and branding expertise.Expert in conceptual aspects of branding as well as execution.Benefits100% Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)Parental LeaveLife InsuranceCharity Matching ProgramDisability InsuranceTuition reimbursementReferral bonus programPTOHoliday Pay401KOur Core Values R.I.S.E
