Customer Service Associate
Job Summary:
Local food manufacturing company seeking an energetic Customer Service Associate willing to provide top tier support and service to our customers.
Job Scope:
Administration duties include answering phones, outbound calls to Customers, taking Retail & Wholesale Orders, handling company inquiries, processing orders, taking cash & credit card payments and Gift Shop services.
Essential Duties:
· Maintain and builds customer relationships and accounts.
· Answer incoming calls for customer service with friendliness and professionalism
· Order processing & data entry
· Outbound sales calls to current business accounts
· Facilitation and resolution of any customer issues
· Greets and assists customers in Gift Shop POS
· Cash & credit card sales
· Light filing, faxing & other office duties
· Additional duties as required or assigned
Skills & Abilities
· Ability to type 45 wpm
· Must be able to communicate clearly by telephone and email
· Read & write English
· Time management skills
· Mathematical skills ability to add, subtract, multiply, & divide
· Problem-Solving Abilities
· Attention to Detail and Accuracy
