This is a unique opportunity to join Southwest Steel Processing LLC as a Die & Tooling Design Engineer Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of die and tooling systems for our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians.
- Ensuring that all tooling designs meet production requirements.
- Developing and implementing forging die designs to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Providing technical leadership and support for forging and machining operations on the shop floor.
- Supervising and mentoring the engineering team.
