Part Time Maintenance Manager - Self Storage

This is a really unique job, and it is vital we find the right fit. We are looking for a part-time 10-15 hours a week self storage maintenance manager to take care of one of our properties.

We are looking for someone with common sense, integrity, and the ability to work independently. The time is flexible, and we are super easy to work with. This is a great job for those who like to work by themselves and not be micromanaged! You need to have a reliable vehicle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but is not limited to:

• locking out delinquent customers
• managing vendors
• weed control
• cleaning property
• performing minor maintenance and repairs
• cleaning out units and bringing abandoned items to the dump
• perform weekly property evaluation
• self-management
• this is a part time 10-15 hour a week job
