Job Description

The Automation Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in industrial automation, robotics, motor controls, and PLCs. This includes:

  • Developing curriculum and instructional materials
  • Delivering lectures, labs, and other instructional activities
  • Evaluating student performance and providing feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and grades

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
  • 5 years of experience in automation or a related field
  • Proven track record of teaching or training others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
