Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with expertise in maintaining and repairing dock doors, dock plates, high-speed doors, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dock doors, dock plates, and high-speed doors.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
· Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
· Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing dock doors, dock plates, and high-speed doors.
· Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills.
