Job Description

Schedule is Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with expertise in maintaining and repairing dock doors, dock plates, high-speed doors, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dock doors, dock plates, and high-speed doors.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing dock doors, dock plates, and high-speed doors.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.
