Southwest Truck Driver Training is currently seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist. This position requires strong computer and customer service skills. It also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients. Core Responsibilities

• Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors
• Assisting prospective students with pre-applications
• Tracking and preparing all lead calls using a high-performance lead management system
• Entering student and customer data with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate and organized student records
• Working with the Campus Director to ensure all reports are accurate
• Upholding confidentiality of student and customer information
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Providing administrative support for all departments as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task.
• Professional appearance.
• High School Diploma required. Veteran a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Strong computer and communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Must be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: $20-$22/hour, DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, IRA with company match, Aflac products.
