YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Our Auto Repair Service Advisor normally works from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. You're a crucial piece of our business, communicating with clients and technicians to support seamless operations. You maintain a professional and friendly attitude as you speak with clients about their needs and answer their questions. Attentive to detail, you perform walk-around vehicle inspections and schedule service appointments according to technician availability. You upsell services whenever possible and keep clients updated on their vehicle's progress. Taking ownership of the sales process, you field live service calls and go the extra mile to ensure total client satisfaction!
Here's what we need from you:
- 2 years of experience as a service advisor for an independent auto repair shop or dealership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a heavy-duty repair shop or dealership would be preferred.
