Southwest Truck & RV, located in the heart of Prescott Valley, AZ, is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team! This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM. With us, you'll enjoy competitive pay ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience and ASE certifications, plus performance bonuses and commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 10 days of paid time off (PTO), 7 paid holidays, company-provided uniforms, parts at cost plus 5% and you'll be eligible for health care benefits after 90 days. Job and parts costing will be part of your routine, ensuring transparent communication with our clients. Your responsibilities will also include conducting routine maintenance on commercial / fleet vehicles and motorhomes, reviewing all work performed to meet our quality control standards and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
