QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience as a service advisor for an independent auto repair shop or dealership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

You normally work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Our service area covers 75 miles around the 86314 zip code.
Your hard work and dedication ensure our clients receive exceptional auto repair services. Always upbeat and friendly, you speak with clients about their needs, perform walk-around vehicle inspections, and schedule service appointments. As you make repair recommendations, you upsell additional services and emphasize their value to encourage customers to approve the job. While the work is underway, you communicate with the technicians and provide the client with status updates. You field live service calls, strengthen client relationships, and take full ownership of the sales process, encouraging customers to come back again and again!
