Job Summary:
At Machem LLC, we are looking for a General Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring our apartment complexes are kept in optimal condition, providing a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and a strong commitment to quality and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs from residents.
- Adhere to workplace safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance or a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and customer service orientation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
- Valid driver's license (a vehicle is required; mileage reimbursement provided).
