Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns with their pets effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in veterinary customer service or related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications (we use Cornerstone).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
