Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Director located in Saltville, VA. The Dental Director will oversee and manage dental care operations, including performing dental procedures, and provide strategic planning for the dental services. The Dental Director is also responsible for training dental staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and enhancing the dental department's efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry
- Experience in Training dental staff

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree required
