The duties and responsibilities of a spotter/laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient site while also supporting overall projects. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following:
- Directing the movement of vehicles and equipment on or around the site
Cleaning and maintaining yard site.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Painting and decaling
Sorting and categorizing Material
Follow SOP for operating and maintaining equipment
Washing Trucks and Heavy Equipment.
Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment
