Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Child and Family Community-Based Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic treatment services in the community to children and families to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
$3,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!!
(Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of full-time employment and half after 180 days of full-time employment.)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Conduct assessments and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention for children and their families.
- Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy to youth and their families, either in the home/community or school setting.
- Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
- Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
- Meet efficiency standards which include chart management, production production requirements and patient contact standards.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED
- Conduct consultation and education activities to community and professional groups as needed.
- Maintain contact with other service providers, community agencies, schools and civic organizations to enhance community awareness and public relations.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Applicant must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
- Licensed Professional (or temporary license, if candidate is an MSW in pursuit of licensure). Licensure may include LSW, LCAC, LMFT, LCSW, or comparable license. Eligible for licensure within State of Indiana
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
