Hillcrest Youth Services is currently seeking a Full-Time Therapist (MSW/LSW/LCSW) to add to our team of treatment professionals. This position provides therapeutic services that will include: diagnostic assessment, emergency/crisis intervention, individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
Pay starts at $23.00/hr for LSW and $26/hr for LCSW

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Conduct assessments as well as individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
- Emergency/crisis interventions for residents when needed.
- Provide family education.
- Make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
- Provide consultation/education services as needed to other Hillcrest staff and outside professional groups and community members.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Must hold or be near completing an MSW. If not currently licensed, must pass LSW exam within 3 months of hire and LCSW within 6 months of eligibility. A condition of continued employment requires an active license to practice social work in the State of Indiana. Must meet requirements as identified by State Licensing regulations.
- Must have knowledge of relevant, clinical issues and demonstrable clinical expertise for populations served.
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
