Location: Creston, Iowa
Seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team and serve in a dual role as the office assistant for the admissions department and receptionist for the college’s Administration Center. Essential duties as office assistant shall include maintaining admissions records, processing all admissions inquiries and applications, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance to the admissions team. As Administration Center receptionist, the individual will act as the initial point of contact for all visitors entering the building, answering the college’s general phone lines, and completing other internal office duties.
Qualifications: Must demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. General knowledge of office procedures and have demonstrated ability in Word, Excel and other computer software. Associate degree preferred.
