Job Summary
The Exchange Visitor Program Customer Success Associate assists with addressing host employer inquiries, concerns, and issues to build lasting client relationships. This position drives J-1 program compliance with federal visa regulations. The Exchange Visitor Program Customer Success Associate is responsible for establishing new clients and employers while building upon existing client relations. This position provides administrative support with orientation information sessions for prospective host employers. The Exchange Visitor Program Customer Success Associate coordinates various aspects of exchange visitor program management to include participant screening, school placement matching, pre-arrival logistics, school employer onboarding, continued program support, data management, site visits, national events, and post-program services. This position reports to the Program Manager and provides excellent service to team members and clients while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with addressing participant and host employer inquiries, concerns, and issues to build lasting client relationships
- Drive J-1 program compliance with federal visa regulations
- Responsible for establishing new clients and employers while building upon existing client relations
- Provide administrative support with orientation sessions for incoming host employers
- Assist with processing employer registration and documentation
- Verify employment records
- Screen exchange visitor credentials
- Verify state licensure requirements and candidate compatibility
- Offer account support to school MyGEC portal users
- Assist schools in candidate placement search
- Maintain accurate client records and databases
- Coordinate school meetings with school administrators
- Provide exchange visitor program information and guidance
- Assist with participant position preparation materials
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their program
- Resolve employer issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with host school administrators and supervisors
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, engagement events, and site visits
- Assist with media, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Provide assistance with administrative tasks
- Prepare reports and statistics as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Communications, Operations, Education, Global Studies, Student Personnel Services, Student Affairs or related field
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of the U.S. Cultural Exchange program purpose and rules
- Basic understanding of U.S. Education systems
- Willingness and aptitude for acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and complete tasks with precision
- Adherence to ethical standards and professional behavior in a workplace setting
- The ability to adjust to new tasks and responsibilities
- A desire to learn and explore new ideas
