About the Role :
We are looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Representative to play a pivotal role in our daily operations. In this position, you’ll oversee client relations, handle policy processes, and support our sales team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with urgency and care.

What You’ll Do :
- Manage client relations, claims, policy changes, and billing issues with exceptional care.
- Prepare and deliver important documents to clients and mortgage companies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Support the client onboarding process to create positive experiences and improve retention.
- Interact with clients to manage accounts and resolve challenges effectively.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Actively promote and sell insurance products using consultative sales techniques.
- Analyze and meet established client retention rates by contacting clients during renewals.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service.
