We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. ## Duties
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Provide product information, pricing details, and process orders accurately
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Appointment setting with dates and times based on the customer requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Assist with sales inquiries and promote products or services to customers
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish as needed
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
