The SVMC RN Pathway Program is recruiting! Classes start Fall 2025!
Through partnerships with CCV, VTSU, VSAC, and the VBRT Foundation, the SVMC RN Pathway Program provides an opportunity for successful applicants to maintain full-time employment at SVMC while studying to complete their Associate of Science in Nursing degree. Upon completion of this three-year apprenticeship, participants will be eligible to take the NCLEX-RN and apply for RN licensure.
The program is designed to support current employees who meet the criteria of the program and have attended an informational session who wish to pursue a nursing career and “earn while you learn!”
