Position : General Manager

Location : Lenexa, KS

Pay Range : $75,000 with bonuses based on profitability and NOI

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Strategic Planning :

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Dependability : Reliable, punctual, and available up to 6 days a week (Monday- Saturday)
Self-Starter : Ability to work efficiently and independently

Operations Management :

Oversee day-to-day operations from the field, including logistics, fleet management, scheduling, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.

Optimize processes, workflows, and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements :

Comfort with Heights - Confident working on ladders and roofs (up to 40 feet)

Experience and knowledge of general labor : Majority of GM time is spent in the field training and operating : Window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing - deck, siding, driveways, etc

Helpful experience : landscaping, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, christmas or holiday light installation, and / or ladder work (strongly preferred)

Team Leadership and Development :

Positive growth mindset and proven track record of leadership development : focus on training, mentorship, and leadership in a high-performing team of front line teammates to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.

Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, continuous learning, and professional development within the organization.

Customer Relationship Management :

Exceptional customer-service skills, focused on positivity and commitment to quality.

Address customer concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Compliance and Risk Management :

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and liabilities.

Business Development and Expansion :

Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Growing the Shack Shine brand with the goal of multi business location expansion

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the general labor, landscaping, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, christmas or holiday light installation, and / or ladder work (strongly preferred), or service industry.

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, business financials and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
