Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in York County's growing market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

• Sales Hunter: Passionate about identifying sales opportunities with every customer interaction in Saco's diverse residential and seasonal properties
• Maine-Friendly: Personable approach that connects with local Saco residents, businesses, and surrounding coastal communities
• New England Hustle: Energetic and physically ready to tackle the unique demands of Maine properties from historic homes to beach properties
• All-Season Reliable: Dependable year-round with a work ethic that matches Maine's hardworking reputation, especially during snowy winters and busy summer seasons
• Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members
  
  

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
• Navigate Coastal Maine: Safely operate trucks through Saco's neighborhoods and surrounding York County communities including beach areas
• Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Maine properties from vacation homes to year-round residences
• Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the tight-knit Saco community
• Maine-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during challenging winter conditions and busy tourist seasons
  
  

Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required
• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience in the Southern Maine area preferred
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in variable Maine weather conditions
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor within New England is highly valued
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Saco and surrounding York County communities is a plus
