Position: Commercial Outside Sales Associate (B2B)
Location: Doraville, GA
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 total compensation
What you’ll do:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined market, leveraging your sales expertise to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and present to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, conduct B2B sales, and achieve revenue goals as a Commercial Sales Advisor in an outside sales role.
- Conducting sales activities such as prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiations, to secure profitable B2B sales deals and build long-term customer relationships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication, relationship management, and regular follow-ups to establish trust, credibility, and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies and address client needs.
- Staying updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and sales techniques, and continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and professional development to enhance sales skills and stay competitive in the market.
What you’ll bring:
- 1 years of outside sales experience preferably in business-to-business sales
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM software solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
